Guest Reviews"Island Breeze Rentals have been my eyes and ears for my vacation rental home in the Florida Keys over the past several years. Many times issues arise and having Island Breeze as my management company has eliminated most of my worries as an out-of-town owner. They handle my licensing, maintenance, bookings and various other details involved. The only thing I have had to do is inform the staff the dates that my family will be using the home and just trust that they are working diligently to keep the condition of my home at a certain level of quality and getting the most revenue the economic market will allow. From time to time Dave, Christy or Michael have had to spend some of my rental revenue to fix a problem and keep a renter happy. I believe the greatest support I can offer as an owner is to realize that this is a cost of doing business. Due to this I have several happy return guests. This has been crucial in the recent economic crisis. I have high hopes for 2009 and look forward to working with the staff at Island Breeze Rentals for many years to come." The house was very accomidating and we loved our visits from the iguanas. We went to Sombrero beach several times and we eben witnessed a wedding, a manatee and the gorgeous sunset. We went snorkeling at Bahia Honda which was scary and fun at the same time. We went to Key west in a stretch lincoln navigator and it was extremely crazy down there. On Sunday we went to Dolphin Research center and did the dolphin dip which we interacted with the dolphins in the water. All 8 of us enjoyed the pool, deck and the boys fished off the dock in the canal. Two of our friends got engaged during the sunset on one of the master's balconies. On our last day it stormed the night before and it brought in man-o-wars.
P.S. Loved your house and neighborood and we are very sad to put away our flip-flops to go back to snowy pennsylvania where currently its 30 degrees

We had a great time! The house is very comfortable and we were able to have our grandchildren here with us. We did alot of fishing and saw dolphin and manatee in the canals. Hope to come back next year.

Well, first let me say that I could kick myself for waiting this long to get down here. We had a FABULOUS time. The house is perfect. We need to do a family trip soon. Love the decorating! You have done a wonderful job every room is so cozy! Bottem line we'll be back (might leave the kiddos @ home tho!)

We had a Fantastic time here - Sunbathing by the pool, helicopter rides, swimming with the dolphins, fishing, visiting the Turtle Rescue center and much more. The house was ideal - plenty of room for all of us - great loction for the keys.
