A great property and location. You are minutes from anything you will need and a 2 minute walk to beautiful Sombrero Beach. The house and amenities are wonderful! Very comfortable and the deck with grill and hot tub is where you may spend most of your time. Excellent dock space and ease to the ocean or gulf, for leisure or fishing. Already looking at reserving the property for next year!

We never spoke with or saw anyone throughout this experience. It was very easy.

Date of vacation 10/4 - 10/11 2015 We found this to be a very pleasant experience from being able to book on line, to arriving and leaving. This property is lovely. It is well kept. It is well stocked. It is decorated very cute. Big plus - it is very clean. We love quite and private when on vacation with easy access to activities. This lovely home met those requirements. We had a wonderful and restful vacation. Thank you for adjusting the time frame to accommodate our needs. Mary Reed

We truly enjoyed our stay in your home. The home was as advertised. There was adequate space in the home for our group. The home is on a very quiet street. It was great being direcly on the bay and we even fished off the dock on days it was too windy to go out in our boat.

Everything was great! Everyone was very friendly and it was very easy to book and pay for our vacation home.

I loved staying at the Tropical Temptation property. It was a perfect size for the 6 of us. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was a nice addition. We loved fishing off the pier and just enjoying the beautiful backyard. I shed a couple tears when we had to leave. I would live to own this home if I won the lottery!! :)

Sandy from Island Breeze was great to work with, very accommodating and pleasant. I will definitely do business with this company again.

All areas of this home are well appointed and well kept, the home was very fresh and clean when we arrived (just like in the pictures) which is very rare to find in the Keys. We are looking forward to return to this property next year.

Our stay in this beautiful home, couldn't have gone better. Beyond our expectations. The home was larger than expected. The kitchen was large and spacious. It contained all the amenities you may need. The dining room table was perfect for the feasts we had, eating lobster we caught and steaks cooked on the grill. The bedrooms were roomy. The master bed and bath had a spectacular view. Large closets, lots of hangers, blankets, towels. Ironing board and iron. The large living room and back screened in porch had a breathtaking view of the gulf. A view that has to be seen to believe. Very comfortable furniture in the house and also on the porch. The pool was refreshing. Parking was plentiful. They had a two person kayak available for use. Last but not least, a large gas BBQ grill. We really couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. :)

Great vacation! House was in a perfect location, close to the marine to put our jet skis in and keep them tied up at the dock all week. Enjoyed the dock and the sunset views. House met our expectations as the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Can't wait to come back next year!

The team you all have working for you all is very friendly and helpful when we called them about anything once we got there and before we got there.

There was 12 adults and kids and we had a great time during our stay. The location was great. We just had a little bit of trouble with docking our boat there because the current runs so fast threw the Vaca Cut but we managed to figure it out.

The location of the house with great proximity to the beach, the boat dock, access for kayaks, and the beautiful pool made our week! We also were happy to have businesses & activities close by like Publix, boat & kayak rentals, snorkeling, the Turtle Hospital, and many fun restaurants on the water to watch sunsets!
