This canal front home boasts open concept living with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms just minutes away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico at MM52 in Marathon. An open-floor plan with a wall of windows, screened-in porch and two private balconies overlooking the pristine canal includes a saltwater pool, hot tub, private dock, spacious bedrooms each with their own tv and ample closet space, indoor and outdoor dining, outdoor shower, grill and both sun and shade options in the backyard make this home the perfect place to relax and renew on vacation. The split floor plan is ideal for multigenerational families as well as two families traveling together. This chic Keys home affords guests a feeling of casual elegance. The bedrooms in this split floor plan are as follows: 

• Primary bedroom is a private, comfortable retreat with king bed, ensuite full bathroom, room to work from home, flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the canal.

• Queen bedroom with private balcony overlooking the pool and canal has its own tv and ample closet space. Shares the hall bath with the bunk room.

• "Bunk room" with twin over full and twin over twin bunk beds and flat screen tv.

The open concept living/dining area is fabulous for entertaining with a 60” flat screen tv for those must-not-miss events and a dining table that accommodates 10. This home is fully stocked with everything you will need for your Keys vacation including wifi, hairdryers, laundry, beach towels, grill, and fully stocked kitchen. All linens are included with this vacation rental. 

The deep-water canal, easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, water/electric hook up, fish cleaning station and bait freezer make this home a fisherman's dream. Be sure to bring your boat or other water toys. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood (Aviation Blvd Boat Ramp) and enough room for off-street parking for your boat trailer and 2-3 cars/trucks. Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. 

Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” (no cats, please) you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

The house was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The fish cleaning station and bait freezer were very handy for our stay. We were also able to keep our 25ft boat at the dock, short trip from the boat launch. Plenty of room for boat trailer and 2 vehicles. If we decide to return, I will definitely be in touch. Enjoyed watching the manatee and pelicans.
