Welcome to our Villa Bella, a cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex with a private heated pool that sleeps 6 people. Located in the heart of Key Colony Beach, with a very short walk to Sunset Park. We offer a king size bed in the Master Suite with an attached master bathroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. Sleeps 8 people. 
This home has a large sliding glass door and window for beautiful views of the canal.
This home has a 38 foot dock, fish cleaning table, water at the dock and a bait freezer.
Plenty parking for your vehicles and a boat trailer.
Vacation Home has a large awning shade located at the back of the house.
