Enjoy the heated community pool or take a dip in the ocean. Play a game of tennis on our community court located on property. The designated covered parking area conveniently located below the condo building also has a Bait Freezer and covered beachfront seating. 

The cozy living room has a TV, ample seating, and sliding door access to the balcony where you could enjoy relaxing views. The Kitchen is equipped with all tge appliances and kitchenware you could need. Prepare drinks, hors-d'oeuvres, while your guests enjoy the open space living area. During your stay, you can utilize the conveniently stacked washer and dryer in the laundry area. Master bedroom hosts a King size bed and the guest room has a queen. 

Located just up the street in Marathon, you could also enjoy many great restaurants and attractions. Would you like to Swim With Dolphins? The Dolphin Research Center in Marathon offers great opportunities for visitors to interact with their dolphins. Fresh Seafood and waterfront dining is a must in the Keys!  Lazy Days, The Island Fish Company, and Keys Fisheries are all great restaurants on the water where you could find delicious and fresh meals while enjoying the views!
