Nestled back on the quiet 10th Street in Key Colony Beach, this is a very desirable neighborhood. This stilted 2/2 is a half duplex with a shared pool in the backyard. The pool is only available to guests staying at the Tortuga Landing and the full time resident that lives in the duplex next door. Tortuga Landing is recently upgrated to fit all of your vacation needs. The property comes with dockage and easy access by water to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. You can dock your boat right at the house!

Two bedrooms: Master suite with King bed, twin trundle and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has two queen beds. The home has 7 guest maximum. Linens are provided, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans in each room. We provide a fully equipped modern kitchen, with all you could need to cook your catch or host a nice family get together. The downstairs outside area is equipped with a convienent seating in a covered area alongside the grill. There is also a half bath downstairs often used when enjoying the pool area. 

The living room includes two sofas, a large screen TV and additional chairs for guest seating.. A bait freezer and fish cleaning station are available at the property for guest use. Also included are a gas grill as well as a washer and dryer. On the street side, there is plenty of parking – including a spot for a boat trailer.

OTHER AMENITIES: The Tortuga Landing does not include Cabana Club access. Day passes can be purchased.
There are public beaches on island and nearby, be sure to check out the sunset at Sunset Park. Key Colony Beach offers: Safe, quiet streets for biking and walking, par 3 golf course, tennis courts, and local restaurants. Fabulous areas for charter fishing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, dock fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding, all available for rental with delivery to the property.
